We always aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Once you place an order on our website, our team verifies the shipping address. If the address is complete, your order is confirmed immediately. If any details are missing, our representative will contact you for confirmation. After confirmation, your order is dispatched from our warehouse.

1. Major Cities (Pakistan):
   Delivery within 2-3 working days after dispatch.
2. Other Locations (Pakistan):
   Delivery within 4-6 working days after dispatch.

Eligibility for Return/Exchange

• You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.
• Items that are damaged, worn, or without tags will not be accepted for return/exchange.

Exchange Process

• If the size or design doesn’t fit your requirement, you can exchange it for another size or product.
• Exchange will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected by our team.

Return Process

• In case of a return, store credit or refund (excluding delivery charges) will be issued once we receive the product back.

Shipping Costs
