Eligibility for Return/Exchange

• You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

• The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

• Items that are damaged, worn, or without tags will not be accepted for return/exchange.

Exchange Process

• If the size or design doesn’t fit your requirement, you can exchange it for another size or product.

• Exchange will be processed after the returned item is received and inspected by our team.

Return Process

• In case of a return, store credit or refund (excluding delivery charges) will be issued once we receive the product back.

Shipping Costs

• Customers will bear the return shipping cost, unless the product delivered was incorrect or defective.
